My loved one was in Gurnee Place Memory Care. They were very nice. Our experience was very good. I was very happy with the place. He was very content. He was deteriorating, but that wasn't anything against the place. He had a private room with his own bathroom, and I ended up putting in a nice big flat screen TV so he could watch the Cubs. They were very accommodating. The food was good. The activities were fine. When I did complain about his bedroom having a lot of stuff on the floor, and I said just give me …

They were very hospitable at Gurnee Place Memory Care. They were very kind. They answered all our questions. We're not going to go there because it seems a bit dark. As soon as we walked in, there were a whole bunch of people. I realized it was during their exercise time, but you couldn't even walk through the door without bumping into people. We put my mom into Gurnee Place Memory Care. I liked it. They provide three meals a day and snacks. They have activities. They try to keep the residents out of their rooms most of the time. They do different things with them, and it is kind of like in a group, and where they usually gather is right when you come in.
