LOOK NICE BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT

The place looks nice and clean, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We experienced repeated issues with communication and care. We were often unable to speak with or receive a call back from the head nurse regarding numerous clinical concerns, missed medications, and issues that were not reported to us. The facility also appeared to be short-staffed, and it often seemed as though the med techs were running the place rather than the appropriate nursing staff. I visited this facility

This was the one that was closest to us, but it was way out of budget. They actually put a sign out in their lobby that said welcome. We were not able to eat there, but for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they ran off a menu just like a restaurant. They had two entrees for dinner, and if the resident didn't have anything they liked, and they would rather have a hamburger, cheeseburger, or grilled cheese, all they would have to tell them is I'd rather have this instead of that. Above & Beyond staff

The administrative staff is absolutely amazing. They are extremely accommodating, especially with unique individuals presenting unique challenges. They think outside the box and I am always able to reach them. They take great care of my father.

After our first our with out my brother we sat down with[Name removed] and went over prices she showed us [Amount removed]for shared room a two bedroom unit.We came back with my brother did another tour on friday the nurse did an evaluation on brother and said he would have to a tier 1 care we agreed .We waited for [Name Removed] to return she was out .We all sat down and went over prices again and as we talked [Name Removed] said she gave us the wrong price on the room it went from[Amount Removed] to [Amount Remov…

Holly was very informative. The facility looked very clean and everyone was very friendly. I would recommend others check out this facility.

Respite Experience

It is somewhat difficult to evaluate since this was a 1 month respite. Unfortunately my husband needed a higher level of care than was anticipated. He did not complete the month due to an unexpected illness/hospitalization. The facility was clean, well cared for, meals looked appealing and staff seemed attentive.
