Hamilton Mill Senior Care has 16 years of experience. The man who is running it was caring, informative, and compassionate. He is there all the time, and so my dad would feel safer with that. He was very open to tour the house and the residents seemed happy. It's a low staff to resident ratio with a husband-and-wife team. Plus they have a helper that comes in during the day. As her heath continued to decline (physical and mental) in her previous care home, it was time to find a place that was willing to work with her on a more personal level. My Mother has been a resident at Hamilton Mill Senior Care since July and is very happy in the well appointed and spotless home. She receives exceptional care and the staff is very knowledgeable, conscientious and considerate of her needs.
