A perfect place for my mom, highly recommend Hamlet

Hamlet is a dream. We met [name removed]. She was super nice. We saw one apartment place. It was pretty good when we walked into that next one it was absolutely perfect. Very and helpful staff excellent maintenance team. I want to add we have a great activity director and things to do all day.

My mother lived here for five years. She was happy. Lots of activities, and Hector (the activities director) was wonderful. Food was good. Nursing staff is great. Front desk staff is so friendly and caring! Mom died at the hospital, but she truly enjoyed her time at Hamlet. Everyone there knew her by name. That matters.

Mom was at Hamlet for four+ years in Assisted Living. If your loved one doesn't need (or won't need in the future) assistance with bathing or other activities of daily living, medications, or other care and services the LPNs and Administrator say are provided (and charged for), it's probably fine. Took the tour with [name removed] and he gave me nothing but a positive experience. I definitely feel I would be very happy living here. I couldn’t see as much as I wanted to because there was a lot of snow on the ground. But what I did see it was very nice.

Parents are happy

So far my parents are settling in nicely. The staff have been great and the apartment is nice too. It would be nice to have zero steps into the apartment for any future builds. Also true ADA bathrooms. For future builds [name removed] is THE BEST! I cannot say enough good about her!
