PositiveWe have used The Hamlet at Queenstown for respite care for our loved one and everything has been great at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services, meals and activities are also great. The value for cost is very good. I would recommend The Hamlet at Queenstown to others.

PositiveThe Hamlet at Queenstown is a newly renovated house, and it occupies five people. For a five-person house, they have four people taking care of the patients that were there. They have nurses, doctors, podiatrists, and dentists available. They have everybody that can come in, and whatever the needs of the patient, they come to the house. They have a nice walking area. They go through the woods, and they can take the patients on walks with the use of a walker, or they can go in a wheelchair. It's a very nice env…

PositiveI went to look at The Hamlet at Queenstown. The facility was well-run. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The amenities and the facilities were very nice. If my mom only needed assisted living, it's a nice place. The kitchen was very clean. Nobody was expecting me to come, but the facility was extremely clean.
