I can't say enough about Heritage At Augsburg The staff is very accommodating can't do enough for you overall just great people. The facility is immaculate, and believe me I saw some pretty horrible places before I found this places that I didn't even think still existed. I was doing this all for my former husband. I know it sounds strange, but we get along great. He is a Long Island and had his leg amputated. So we are moving him down here and I needed to find a place for him just like Heritage At Augsburg. Choosing place for mom is a good idea for a person looking for independent living choice. I have been at heritage of Augsburg for 6 months now. And have had the experience with the independent living leaders, concierge team bistro, staff and maintenance team. I also attended the resident association meeting and learned that we are facing a quality of service issue. Building maintenance road repair, take long to process. Independent leaders are doing more than their job capacity. I would recommend to others.
