In[date removed] my mother was found unresponsive at Hampton Manor in Dundee, assisted living the morning after a documented medication issue. It took more than two hours after staff noticed she was unresponsive to get her help. They called 911 only after being directed to by my sister. There was a state investigation and they were found in violation and the delay in care documented. There were also multiple medication errors in the two week period she was at the facility, all documented. She was taken to the U of …

Loving Environment

Hampton Manor of Dundee has been excellent. The building is brand new, so it is beautiful and beyond clean. The people are beyond friendly. The staff are very, very helpful. They're very courteous and kind. They are sufficiently staffed, which means there's always somebody there to help, and they're not so overwhelmed that they can't get to your parent when they need to. I feel very at ease with my mom being there, knowing that she's getting good care. When I leave her, I feel good that she's in good hands. And Mom…
