Every staff member was very helpful at all times. There was never a time when they did not get back to me about a problem. My husband was not an easy person to deal with in the last month. They went above and beyond to help me with his care. The cleaning staff was always busy cleaning something or somewhere. My husband was kept clean, even when he didn't want to cooperate. Staff: Since the facility is still building clientele, staff is limited. Admin is available and friendly. My dad is in the Memory Care unit and they could use a few more workers. Some teams are great and dad is well cared for, others not as good and dad is not cleaned up or groomed well. Maintenance: you would think for a brand new facility that everything would be great, but its obvious it was not built with the best plans or materials.: Bathroom toilet roles immediately broke off the wall. The staff is very friendly and personal. All of the residents have alert buttons when ever they need help or just want someone to talk to. They have a full time house keeper that, from what I see, is very proficient. Communication is wide open and very involved with residents and families. The move in was so easy, and they worked with us on furniture.
