I visited Harbor Terrace Senior Living's skilled nursing facility in Muskegon. It's located right on the lake, and it's a pretty new facility. I like the cleanliness of the place. The people are also very friendly and very helpful. It looked like a really nice facility for the seniors. They showed me a private room, and it's skilled nursing, so I assume the care is around the clock. They have a happy hour on Fridays where the residents meet at the center, and they have music. I've only been in Harbor Terrace Senior Living for a couple of months now. I'm in assisted living and there are some shortcomings. The food is the only thing in the institution that I'd rate as 5. I'm getting three meals a day. I go to the dining room and the food is good. There's a good variety and you have a lot of choices. As far as housekeeping, it's poor. I've been here two months and my apartment has been vacuumed maybe once, and that's about it. The bathrooms are clean…
