PositiveI was quite impressed with they tour of Harbor Chase and the facility in general. I expect to visit other facilities in the area in the upcoming weeks/months but felt my Mother could well benefit from the offerings at Harbor Chase. The staff were very professional and empathetic. The people there are very kind. I like the staff. There must have been a reorganization though, and they don't have their act together. It took me a month to get some documentation that I needed There seems to be very little in the way of activities but they just got a new activities director, so maybe that will improve. There has been significant staff turnover recently, which has been noticeable, but overall we have been happy with the facility and the care provided to [name removed] in the memory care portion. HarborChase of Olney was nice. I liked the location. I liked the fact that it sits back off of Georgia Avenue. It's not right on the street. I did feel, however, that I was not given a lot of attention like I was in some of the other locations I went to. The lady was nice and everything, but I just felt like she didn't give me everything I needed to know, particularly when it came to the finances.
