Everyone is friendly and interactive. All members of the staff provide support to my relative, even when it's not officially their job. They also take the time to get to know him and understand his quirks.

Mom has been here a few years. Not bad, but not great. They do try, but they are understaffed. The staff they have is poorly trained. The apartments are fine, lots of activities. But med management and food are not good at all.

.Administrative staff - 3/4 (some great; exec director, not so much).There was a true sense of community. My dad made friends easily and enjoyed good relationships with staff members.

Administration for caring (laundry, nurse), feedback. We would recommend this community to others.

I brought my grandfather here and he started in assisted living and then was transferred to the sound area due to higher needs and a smaller environment. I was so thankful they had these different options for him to age in place and not have to move out.

Very spacious floor plan handicap accessible. Great staff that have been around forever, they know everything about my husband to provide the best care. My husband has been at Harbor Chase Plano for over 3 years, and I couldn’t be more happier.
