4 would be my overall. I would add that the Lodge does accept Medicaid waiver. The condition is availability and is not a private apartment. I do recommend the facility. We have been more than pleased with the administration and accommodations. I would live in the facility, which means a lot. Maybe a title based on all values of life from an over 55 apartment with meals and all offers of activities, but limited nursing needs to complete attention care - and everything in between. Harbour Manor & The Lodge was very nice. It had a nice apartment and things that they did together, but it was an older group. My son is a little younger. The dining area was very nice. It was more like a restaurant with menus and things. The staff was wonderful. She's very informative and upbeat. My parents have been at Harbour Manor for over a year. Both resided in the Lodge for 8 months. The Lodge is clean, comfortable and they both parents made immediate friends. Nursing staff, kitchen staff Exceptional! Food is as tasty and nutritious as the website states. A few months ago my father had to go to the skilled nursing facility area of Harbour Minor, my mother continues to live and flourish at the Lodge. The staff including the front office person, marketing director and unit manager are knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff all interact with the residents which is nice to see. The room sizes in assisted living are very appropriate for one person. Mom has made many friends at the Lodge. With her dementia diagnosis, she is still functional. Mom is very pleased with all that the Lodge at Harbour Manor has to offer her.

I liked the layout of Harbour Manor & The Lodge, that it was close to home, and that their pricing was reasonable. It was also clean and everyone was friendly. They stayed late to accommodate my schedule. They had social gathering spaces for the residents. Their rooms were more like apartments, where you had your living and dining area, and then a separate room for your bedroom and bathroom.
