Everything except for the care was very good .. food excellent. Good variety Facility was clean Activities were a good mix for ability levels However the care was disappointing The caregivers did not give medications safely which I witnessed multiple times and reported to the nurse the nursing staff did not routinely assess my mother even when the staff reported she was not doing well There was no follow up with me when my mom was sent to the hospital which was extremely disappointing and I had to correct me…

Staff is very family friendly. There are a multitude of daily activities to participate in. Food is delicious and a large variety to pick from daily. The village is kept very clean . The apartments are quite roomy. And we even have our dog with us that makes us happy.

In general, Harbour village is great from my perspective . The staff is wonderful to my mom, and I love that dinners are included and the continental breakfast. Mom does as many activities as she is able and is taking advantage of PT. Love that pets are allowed. She has a cat for some companionship. Love that apartments are painted and carpeted with each resident exchange. The building itself is not built for older adults. It’s all a show. Based off the last two weekends I experience it’s all a show. You can tell the staff and nursing are all running around on low fumes. For the cost. If you ask me. Not worth dealing with burn out staff who don’t want nothing to do with you. Higher management should get on the floor and help their staff with medication errors and lack of administration. I enjoy the freshly prepared meals. Trivial Pursuit is my favorite of the many activities they offer. Staff is friendly and helpful. The common spaces are great for gathering with neighbors or reading a book.
