Very nice facility and appears to be well maintained and clean. Good size apartment with bedroom, bathroom with shower with a built in seat, living area and small kitchen with small refrigerator, sink and microwave. They have a multitude of activities but our dad is wheelchair bound and has only participated in a few. He has several ongoing medical problems which we are trying to systematically address so he tires easily and doesn't hear that well. Food is not good - his words. Breakfast is generally good however…

Updates to facility furnishings were in the plans, as the hallways and rooms looked a bit worn. They did not typically provide furnishings for the room, but could be accommodating to needs. Single rooms were available, which was desired.

Harmony it Falls Run has been good overall. Lots of social opportunities for the residents and [name removed] likes the food. The cleaning isn't the greatest, but the staff is super nice and generally whatever [name removed] needs is taken care of in a decent amount of time.
