They are always short handed, made some mistakes on medication and do not handle your love ones with care often seems as though they are not trained

Our family experience

1- Staff is friendly, kind, very compassionate and welcoming. 2- The entire surroundings inside and outside is inviting and beautiful to anyone visiting. Landscaping is very nice. 3- Residents are friendly and fun to socialize with. 4- Transportation for the most part is satisfactory (except one driver). 5- Very clean building and well kept. 6- Dining room table settings and decorations are wonderful.

I think this is a good place to be-not cheap but none of them are-food has improved-they try hard to keep people active! I think it's as good as it gets-their is a lot of turnover in this business

Visiting Harmony was a fairly pleasant experience for my mother and me. The first impression was mostly positive. She especially liked the studio apartment space. The resident who allowed my mother to take "a look" at her apartment was very much appreciated--thank you. We did notice a urine smell as we walked on the second floor that day. It made me wonder about the frequency of cleaning as well as the depth of cleaning done in the residences' units. I did notice staff while there that day. Staff seemed friendly …

The only properly functioning department is Activities

You don’t receive the services promised. Housekeeping time is minimal and sporadic. The food is of poor quality and often not prepared well The building leaks. There are ongoing air conditioning problems. On a positive note, most of the staff are friendly and helpful

Food Service

The food service is terrible. There is no leadership. No one checks on how the residents are enjoying their meals. I have joined my father for several meals and they have been terrible. He has actually left on several occasions and gone back to his room to make his own dinner because the food was so bad.
