My sister is in memory care at Harmony at Wescott. I am concerned about how clean her room is sometimes. I believe she eats pretty well and the food is okay. The other day, they couldn't find her glasses. Also, they didn't have her ready to leave with us and called ahead. I believe my sister is safe. I believe she eats, and receives her medication when she is scheduled to. I believe one of the biggest issues is assessment and placement into appropriate level of care. Dad's apt here is a one bedroom. It has w/d in unit and that has been a lifesaver! There is a garbage disposal which is another nice option that is provided. My only complaint would be the size of the fridge. One meal is provided with rent, so it is necessary to have a stocked kitchen. Also included is housekeeping once a week and the 2 gals are in and out quickly!

The apartment size is more than adequate. The only issue is the entering and exiting. I know Memory Care is special but the bell from what I understand can't be heard sometimes. They are also busy caring for their patients, I get it.
