I was not able to tour and consider this facility because they never answer the phone. I tried several times. I didn’t want to have to deal with that if my family member lived there.

I would tell my friends that hands down this is an awesome place to bring a loved one. The community seems to be caring and patient with my loved ones needs. The director down to the receptionist was always there to speak to me if I needed anything. I loved Harmony Homes! The food was good and they had menus and separate food to choose from. Harmony Homes By the Bay, a Hidden Gem

I honestly can not understand why someone would say that they walked in Harmony Homes By the Bay and thought it was dark and dirty. The opposite is true. After experience with countless nursing/assisted living facilities, I chose for mom to live here, both of us could not be happier! This place was dark, dirty gave me the impression I was walking into a nursing home. Admissions person was not well prepared for our visit. Not impressed.

my mother I staying at Harmony Homes, and we are very pleased so far. I love that the atmosphere is light, airy, and that the people are very nice. My mother likes to be outside, and I really like that she is able to go outside here, sit on the patio, and look at the beautiful vies of the bay. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and they do offer a lot of activities, even though my mother won't usually participate.
