PositiveMy mom has been at this facility for about five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with her care. From the events that are held here for the residents and their families to the bond she has created with the staff is amazing, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their love one.

PositiveMy father has moved into Harrison Springs Health Campus. It's been good, so far. It's the best place, I think. The staff is friendly, courteous, pleasant, and seems to be happy with their work. This facility is top- notch. It is excellent. It is clean and well-kept. I don't see any furniture that's falling apart or anything like that. They furnished the rooms, and the furnishings were nice. I've had issues with communication, but it seems like they're improving. CriticalVery clean facility. Good food. However the staff is very unorganized. Staff should be informed of daily happenings, and should be able to answer general questions. Several discrepancies with billing, overcharged, extra charges, double charges. Phone calls never seem to be returned. Medication is given at convenience of staff, sometimes not when ordered. Lack of communication with family members. This is a good place for those with independent care.

PositiveMy mom is in a patio home at Harrison Springs, but the main facility that has the assisted living, skilled-care, and Alzheimer's unit is more like a hotel. It's a very nice and beautiful place. The patio homes are wonderful as well. The staff goes above and beyond, they bend over backward, and they interact with everyone.
