PositiveWe are in Westminster Village Kentuckiana, and we are so happy to be here. We love it. The atmosphere is fantastic. The people care a great deal about their patients. My wife and I get to live in the same apartment. She's in assisted living, and I'm in independent living, but we share this apartment. The meals are fantastic and well prepared. They cook over a thousand meals here a year, and they have a high score of at least 98% of the time because they have very good meals. I haven't had a bad meal …

PositiveI toured Westminster Village Kentuckiana. It looked like a nice place, and the people in that building were fairly active. The dining room was available, and you could select the meal plan as an option; you didn't have to take it. The range was a little bit on the weird side. It had four burners, which were all small and jammed close together, so you could only use two-quart pots at one time. It was bizarre.

CriticalI toured Westminster Village Kentuckiana. The halls were forever; it was just too far to get from one place to the next. I did not like the place. The rooms were small but comfortable. In terms of cleanliness, they were okay. They have big rooms with TVs and things like that. The staff who gave the tour made my sister push the wheelchair and she came up with some excuse for not doing so, and I was a little annoyed about that. My sister is older than I am. But the staff was pleasant enough.

PositiveWestminster Village Kentuckiana was good. They showed us one of the guestrooms, the dining area, and the gathering area where they have entertainment. I liked the view out the window of the rooms. There was a lake, grass, and trees. I liked that they had lots of entertainment scheduled if people chose to participate. It was clean. It's one of the older facilities, but I believe the price is a little less, too. So it depends on what a person can afford. I think it's one of the larger ones also. There were …

PositiveI toured Westminster Village Kentuckiana. I thought it was excellent. It was very thorough, and I was very impressed by how clean it was. The staff member who toured me around was very good. She was excellent. I would move there tomorrow if I could, but I can't convince my husband as he's not ready to move.

CriticalDuring the pandemic, my mother was left in bed for a year and a half resulting in skin issues and contracture a which have prevented her from being able to get into my car, wear shoes, or go out at all. She is not bedfast. Skin breakdown has not been reported or documented. Many clothing g items have disappeared. Even though they were listed on an inventory, they have not been replaced. I would not recommend this facility. There are a few very sweet staff members but more often, they are unfamiliar and seemingly un…
