I visited this facility

I have been looking for a place where my mother can feel comfortable . My Wish I could give this place 5 stars .Facility is clean and nursing staff is very polite. However just like when I shopped for a home . I drove by and parked to observe Hope House. The neighborhood is sketchy , but my mother wouldn't be walking the streets . My observation. Loud young males and females coming in and out of the facility back entrance and front entrance as well , seem to live out of a back house in the same property as hop…

Mom moved into Hope House LLC. They're really good. It's immediate, when you walk through the door, to just get the energy that comes from that house, from the people that are there. They've all got many years of experience with people with memory problems, Alzheimer and dementia. Some of them are from their own family members, and they've had to experience that. So they draw on a lot of things that give them an advantage and make the residents there feel comfortable. They are a family-oriented …
