Haven At Sky Mountain

we all need to know about A Place for Mom. You guys are awesome!

The activities get a 5+++, even though my mom would not participate! [name removed] is amazing! 5 They are fantastic! I just wish they would communicate more. I live an hour away, see her every week, talk to her everyday. I get confused when I here only things from her. She has pretty severe dementia. Otherwise...would HIGHLY recommend.

I visited this facility

I've toured The Haven at Sky Mountain, it was nice. Their facilities look incredible. They have a kitchen, a crafts room, they have a really beautiful dining room, they have two sitting rooms separated by a fireplace. One of those long fireplaces was off the dining room. They have a crafts room, a billiards room, they have a puzzle room, they have a theater, and they have a library. It's stunning, I loved it. The price is a little high for some people. This was a good community but the location was not as good as the other community that I was looking at. I just wanted my loved one to be a little closer.

Highest recommendation

We went with The Haven at Sky Mountain because when we walked in we saw how nice it was, it was the nicest we saw in the area for sure. The rooms are open and bright and that matters a lot that way you do not feel like you are cooped up. Everything could not be more perfect, they are top notch here. My mother has been a challenge and they treat her amazing and have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend to other families looking.

Best of the Best (By Far)

This placeis absolutely beautiful! But more importantly the kind staff, really feels more like family. The food is amazing and cannot be beat with any other facility in So. Utah. I know this because I've checked them all out! My mother now lives at The Haven and has a second wind to ride out the remainder of her life there. The quality of life there off the charts and I can see it in my Mom's demeanor. Would highly recommend.

my experence with memory

My mom had a semi-private room, and there was an issue with other residence coming into my mom's room. she did receive good basic care, but her clothes did start going missing. The food was pretty good and they worked out a meal plan for her. Communication could have been better with this community. the director of memory care was very nice and helped a lot. the call button would not work in her room and I had to bring it up several times.
