CriticalPlease consider carefully what your loved one needs before choosing this memory care. For months they did not fill my mom’s prescription for her behavioral health medication. We saw her become more difficult and decline. We would take her for care with her physician, but they would not fill or reconcile her meds at Hawkins. The state finally came in and uncovered the issue. They would not apologize for their mistake and instead raised our rate by more than $1,200 a month because they said my mom was “difficult”. Th…

New management at Hawkins Creek has changed conditions quite a bit. Aides are not attentive to patients, rooms are not cleaned, and clothes disappear. One med aide was was rude. I watched them sit down and talk ignoring patients. Only a few of the experienced aides would even talk to visitors. Very disappointed for the price

My mom was here for over a year. They did not fill her necessary medications and we saw her anxiety increase and her cognitively decline. We addressed it with the administrator who said, “go ahead and call the state”. He also raised our rate heartlessly.

We toured Hawkins Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care. It's not furnished, but it's a nice size and has a nice closet. They served three meals a day. The person who took us around was very efficient. They have a small area, but well-manicured and everything.
