Dad's overall experience is very positive. He had a very spacious one bedroom Apartment. Large bathroom with walk in shower is nice. The facility is very clean. They have a lot of activities and it seems that at least once a month they have larger event where family and friends are invited. Staff is friendly and helpful, although they do seem to have a lot of turnover. They have been struggling to get a full time cook/chef so Dad says the quality of meals has deteriorated a little. Overall he is very happy there!

Hay Creek Lodge was very clean and the people were very friendly. It looked like a good placement. The staff was very good. He explained everything really well, and he was very friendly. The upkeep was very good, and it seemed to be maintained really well. I've seen a two-bedroom and it was very nice. The lady that was living in there was really nice.

Our tour guide, [name removed], is incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond what he would have needed to do to get me information and resources that I might not have known about.

Very informative. All questions answered. Never felt like we had to be in a hurry. The administrator was easy to talk with and gave us a nice tour.

When entering the facility I was very impressed with the cleanliness and also how well maintained. Which impressed me right off the bat. It shows that the staff really takes pride in serving their tenants. I was graciously greeted by [Name Removed], I can not begin to express how impressive this outstanding gentleman is with the staff and the people that reside at this impressive facility.
