CriticalAfter 3 in the afternoon, there are 2 techs and no one else to 20 residents, so communication was nearly impossible since they have no staff members on site. They did not have enough staff to watch over the residents and my mom ended up wandering out and falling. I was notified by the hospital that she had fallen and when I called the facility, they did not know she was missing. If your loved one has a cognitive issue, do not place your loved one here. We did not have a good experience here.
