PositiveThey were very friendly, knew who we were, made sure our questioned got answered. Administrative was sometimes slower than expected with answers, but we got them. I would recommend Heatheridge Assisted Living to others looking for care for their loved ones.

PositiveI toured Heatheridge Assisted Living. It was just very nice. It was clean. The people were very attentive to the residents. What they offered was more expensive than we could afford. They were also offering assisted living, and we only needed the independent, so you would pay for the assisted living, which we didn't need. That was part of why we didn't decide to go there. CriticalI went to look at Heatheridge Assisted Living. I think they could paint and brighten it up. It's a little dingy and dark. They need some refreshing and little updates to make it look clean. The apartments we saw were good. The staff was very friendly, explained things very well, and answered any questions we had. They were really good. The dining area was nice, big, and spacious.
