Henderson House Alf

Needs major updating. Not many activities for residents. Dark and dreary inside. I knew someone in here. I believe the majority of the staff really do try and care for these folks. I think they done get much to work with. Most of the residents just hang around the house. It's got a sad air about it.

Low quality staff. NO heat or ac in main house. Meals are minimum "if" that. No activities just a holding center.

This ALF does NOT have patient/resident activities or outings. There is NOT cable available in all rooms. Staff is changing weekly. Residents do not have in-house transportation to shopping, doctors, or entertainment. Air conditioning does not always work, washer & dryer breaks often. Dinner is often a baloney sandwich and soup. This is a very low quality residence.
