PositiveMy friend is home.
I have a very close friend who lives in this facility. She came here from another facility that was like a prison compared to this one. Since she arrived she has received the best of care from a very competent and compassionate staff. It's no exaggeration to say she's flourishing here. She has had a hard life and this facility is the home she never had. I've never seen her so happy! So my compliments to the staff and to management; you have made it possible for my friend to finally go home.
