PositiveHeritage Place is a wonderful place! They took really good care of my wife. I have absolutely no complaint at all. They fed her well and really cared for her. She passed away recently, but I am thankful for the time she had there. They are very gracious and very helpful.

CriticalVery sad, everyone looked unhappy stays in their room, unless they need something and were told to go back to their rooms when they asked. Bad chemical smells, no one answers the phone(it goes to voice-mail)Exterior needs painting. rang doorbell and knocked for over 5 minutes. Menus sounded sub par.
