PositiveI'm really pleased with the communication from the staff to the family. This was a good choice for my loved one. The activities when they are able to have the residents participate; the community keeps the residents engaged in everything offered.

PositiveOur loved one lived at Hillcrest Mable Rose, and we couldn't have been happier with the place! It was a beautiful community, they took great care of the residents, and they did a wonderful job with the meals! We had no complaints at all with the services they provided! The only issue we had was some confusion about when her medicaid could kick in, which ended up being longer than was feasible for us, unfortunately.
