The staff at Heritage in West Allis are all exceptional! My brother has been there since January and we (4 siblings) visit often. We have been in contact with so many staff and find them all so friendly and fun to talk to. [name removed] especially is an amazing, beautiful soul. She is compassionate, caring and fun as well. We have nothing but great things to say about Heritage!

Memory care is good and slightly less expensive than other places. Good activities. Comfortable dining rooms are a smaller intimate experience. Good communication. Many extra charges over the monthly rent. Overall a good choice.

I would give them a 5 on all the categories! They have been amazing! The staff has been great!!! I like that they share how my mom is doing and how well she adjusted..... they also greet my mom by her name when they see her in the hall.

Took too long to respond. Care was lacking. Took 6 weeks for a refund but gave only a few days when they wanted more money. Not a good experience. Has me questioning if I want to use A Place for Mom in the future.
