PositiveHeritage Woods of Benton is wonderful, and I love it. The staff is very friendly and supportive, and the food is excellent. My room here is very good and everything is great. I think it's wonderful here. I have only been in my apartment since I got here, because of the virus, but they have a nice little restaurant where we have lunch.

PositiveHeritage Woods of Benton is very clean, seems safe and they can do your medicines. My mother will have people take care of her, but yet still have some freedom because it's assisted living. They've got three meals a day, and they will do her laundry. The rooms were big and cozy, and I like that the bathroom was in the bedroom. They've got a mini refrigerator, a microwave, a sink, and a kitchenette.

She was really good. They were in the middle of a fire drill when I was there. The dining area was nice.

PositiveMom is adjusting to living at Heritage Woods. She seems to like it here. The staff are attentive, patient and good with communication. They offer a variety of daily diverse activities. The community is clean and well taken care of. I have no complaints and I would recommend this community.

PositiveAll the staff is very kind, professional and helpful. We were provided with a guide to take us to my great-grandmother's room, as well as the offer of coffee or tea. At the end of our visit we had some questions regarding the facility, such as the levels of care that can be provided and the services the residents receive. The lady we spoke to was very patient and provided plenty of helpful information.
