PositiveHilltop Springs is a beautiful facility. There are many activity options for seniors who are need of memory care. They have the ability to engage in swimming and bowling with the accompaniment of staff. The common areas are spacious and serve many purposes. Excercise classes and floral design classes are other offerings I was made aware of. My longtime friend and former business partner lives in Assisted Living at Hilltop Springs, and I always enjoy visiting him. He is happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. We often share a meal together, and the food is consistently amazing. It gives me great peace of mind knowing he has found such a wonderful place to call home. He worked hard his entire life and deserves the kindness, support, and excellent care he receives at Hilltop Springs.

CriticalPoor call button response time
Don't send loved ones here, they don't respond to call button very promptly. Can be over 15 minutes or more. I usually end up calling front desk. They don't even empty wastebaskets unless requested. Not a place to fall! Keep phone nearby at all times. 911 will arrive before they/Hilltop does. Not alone with this complaint of poor call button response.

In memory care our experience was the care was simply adequate and that was with my mom going in every single day to make sure basic needs were being met. Without that there would be no confidence that is was. Some staff were kind and compassionate but not all. On a number of occasions they forgot to bring my dad his dinner.
