Our family member has to ask all too often for paper products and it truly lacks cleaning service for her. Everything is put off. We like the place but it sure lacks consistency! Resident loves when “corporate” visits cuz services get better provided!

The food is marginal and wait is excessive. Staff has been fine...apartment size is adequate. I just have concerns about food quality, balanced nutrition and process in dining hall very time consuming. Other concern is very limited opportunity to do laundry. Thanks for any efforts to make the place better.

An ongoing inside demo work issue following a different apartments flood, is still not complete in the hall or in her room. It's been months! APS is aware. Also, there is a lack of bathroom cleaning. Not good enough! Otherwise she is happy with everything! Lots of activities and friends!
