PositiveMet all our needs!
We had a positive experience when touring the facility. It was up to date and clean. We were shown a furnished room and an unfurnished room. The paper work process was easy and our questions were answered. We moved in and were never once greeted by any employee or checked on through out that process. We were told that laundry services for towels and bed linens were provided as well as light cleaning of the room once a week. As of now we have not found that to be true. They have come twice in the month we have been …

The administrative staff were wonderful. A little pricy on having someone come in daily just to help mom dress and walk the dog twice a day but the ladies with on site Bluegrass Care are wonderful. One bedroom apt roomy. Would of appreciated a bigger fridge. Very small. The only detrimental is the food! Bad!

What made this a really good experience was how clean everything was and how well it was taken care of. The staff clearly pay attention to the place and it shows. You also get good value for the money, which is always a plus. The apartments themselves are really nice—spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. Overall, it was just an easy, comfortable stay and I’d definitely recommend it.
