A Place for Mom has been extremely helpful in finding the perfect place for mom. The transition was smooth and staff went above & beyond in being helpful. We appreciate the care and services mom receives.

PositiveI was impressed with Richmond Place. There are three separate buildings housing staying there. The main building is independent living for seniors. There is a building for assisted living and finally a memory care unit. Everything was clean. The people staying there seem to be well taken care of. The highlight of my visit was the chef making me a pastry.

Unfortunately, our experience has been frustrating in several areas. We have asked twice to have the ceiling fan in my dad’s room repaired, and it still has not been fixed. I have also had to call on multiple occasions to get his PRN medication when he needed it. Basic housekeeping has been another concern. I have had to find someone and specifically ask to have his bathroom cleaned, and this past weekend I actually had to find a broom myself so I could sweep the floor in his room.
