Staff is great and know the names of tenants. Food is awesome. Size of studio is very small and it would have cost an additional $500 to have a 1-bedroom. Lots of activities.

We did our tour and felt completely secure with our decision. The residents were happy and the overall vibe was very warm and welcoming. My father is really enjoying Holiday Hills Estates. They helped him, they had an immediate opening, and they got him right in. He is there for independent living. What I like best is mostly the people who work there. They've been very helpful to him. He had to get rid of his out-of-state insurance, and fortunately, one of the ladies who worked there knows insurance like the back of her hand, so she sat down with him, went over it and helped him get insurance out there. They always send him reminders to let him…
