Friendly people- nice place

Since I did not get to see the apartment in Person- I can say that my mom says the food is good and she is trying to adjust to her new life there… She says the people are nice and the food is good.

[Names removed] were amazing. They were genuine and kind, and did everything they could to make as seamless a transition for my mother as possible. We did our tour and felt completely secure with our decision. The residents were happy and the overall vibe was very warm and welcoming. They got everything taken care of that same afternoon and my mother is flying out to come to her new home next week!

Very helpful and friendly

When I reached out to A Place for Mom, they were exactly what we been looking for. I saw the ad on the TV and called, and the next day they called me back. we started the process to get Mom into a place in Rapid City. They worked with my brother all the time, making sure everything was right. Mom's apartment was wonderful. She even had a little deck that she could go out and set and watch the sunset. The the's staff was amazing. The food is very good. I know because we went and ate lunch with mama, a couple times. …

They are short handed, like most other places. It makes it hard for them to do a lot. They try hard.

Mom loved Holiday Hills and yes we would recommend this community to other families. I wish my mom could've stayed longer in your facility.

[name removed] is such a great partner for our In Home Healthcare company. She cares a lot about the people who come to Holiday Hills and makes sure she uses her resources to set them up for success at the facility. We work with her frequently to set up activities that the residents really enjoy.
