CriticalMy hubby has been in this facility for only a week and they have not taken him to his scheduled dr. appts. I went there on several occasions and he was soaked. The food sucks. The staff doesnt listen, and the whole experience has been a nightmare. The only time he gets taken care of is when I am able to stay over night. The rehab jym is run down and broken. Tthe rooms are not clean I left a spill on the floor to see how long it takes to get it cleaned up and so so far its taken almost a week to get cleaned up

CriticalThis place is the most awful place I have ever seen. My husband was given ear drops in his eyes which caused damage, was not given food all day, was left to lay on spilded sheets.bHe pounded on the wall and screamed for help but no one would come. He was finally taken by ambulance to the emergency room where he was immediately admitted to the hospital. He was dehydrated, damage to his eyes and an infection. Please don't ever put a loved one there! In just under 48 hours his health declined drastically.

CriticalRooms are boring. TV did not work. Temp of the room was uncomfortably hot. Day shift was great. They were polite, helpful, and responded quickly to the calls. They often just stopped by to check if we needed anything. The evening shift left a lot to be desired. No response to the call button. Mom couldn't get up to get to the bathroom, waited as long as she could, finally just wet the bed. Still no one responded. Mom got tired of waiting, got herself up, changed her wet clothes, stripped the bed, and managed t…

CriticalI was arranging to have my mother moved to Holladay Healthcare. There was a mix up at the hospital about her release date. I had to cancel the pickup. When I called to reschedule. I apologized for the mix-up and nicely asked if they could reschedule the pick up. Jeanette, in admissions, was very rude to me. She acted like I should know the ins and outs of having someone transferred to a rehab. I've never done this before. How would I know their policies and procedures? There was no reason to talk to me that wa…

CriticalMy mom was admitted several weeks ago. I was shocked at how different our experience was in contrast to the last time she was here. The staff was sparse and unresponsive. My mom had not had her second vaccine shot and we were told she could not be vaccinated for a couple of weeks. When the head nurse from her assisted living facility arrived to provide my mom her second shot, she was rebuffed. Nonetheless, they placed another patient in my mom’s room. We repeatedly made “appointments” for my mom to have her hair do…
