I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The price to move a loved one to Meadowbrook shouldn't be the reason to have them live there. The aids ignore the patients, call lights are left unattended for hours. One resident kept yelling for someone to come help her. The food is delivered to them cold instead of hot/warm. Instructions from family members are ignored, unless you're present to make sure it gets done. Whatever you do, find another facility. DO NOT leave your loved ones there.

I hate being in Meadow-Brook Nursing home.It is micromanaged by a director that cares little and a large for profit Corporation (Cascades) In the six months that I’ve been here I’ve not been given say on my treatment plan, lacking service, ride access. 24 hr supervision is laughable. I am lucky to alert staff after 8 pm to 8 am the next morning. I have been forced to take medication that has been poppy diagnosed. Several medications of mine have taken off the schedule. Even though the corporation earned $11,000, 00…

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My friend is currently in Meadow Brook Rehab and Nursing. We chose it because of the price, and because he felt comfortable there. It's an older facility, but it's very clean. The staff members are very friendly, very nice, and very helpful. I know he plays bingo and he goes to paint classes.

I visited this facility

This facility has many functions, along with rehabilitation and hospice, it also caters to residents with Alzheimer's. I'm intimately acquainted with a family who has a grandfather with Alzheimer's and who is a resident in this facility. I've even visited him a few times. It's a sad, difficult situation that the family's in, and leads inevitably to heartbreak. But I know that they feel comfort in knowing that he's taken care of so well in this facility. The nursing staff are excep…
