I visited this facility

We were very impressed with Homestead of Bethany. They were very friendly. It didn't have a bad smell, a urine smell, or anything like that. It was very homey. We were very comfortable there. The lady who runs it was extremely nice, walked us through everything, and explained everything. It made us feel better. They had a library and a piano. They had individual rooms that were set up with a very small living area, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and it was very clean. They had activities.

Homestead of Bethany is smaller, which is what we're looking for. They only had about 19 residents. They had a separate dining area, a separate living area, and a community living room. We liked it. Pricing was better. They had a private room. The studio that I looked at didn't have a separate sitting area. It's just one big room with this little kitchenette-type thing and then a private bath.

The dietary supervision Alaiesha is a sweet lady, and a very good cook. My family and I have never met such an awesome uplifting person like her. And she can sing also. Now some of the Latino worker i wouldn't trust with my dog. But we love Alaiesha in dietary.. our family member is no longer there.

I liked Homestead of Bethany quite a bit because it was really close to us, and they're remodeling. They only have about 35 residents that they take at a time. They had a lot of the same type things as other ones had. It's maybe not as upscale as the others. It's smaller, but it's very clean. The gal that took us through on the tour was a really jolly kind of person, and she takes care of setting up the schedule for doing things to help make sure that their muscles don't get atrophied, that…

The care services were good. The food was good. We picked this community because, it was close to our home, and we liked the apperance of the facility. My loved one was here was respite care. They were very friendly. They had a turnover in management. I would recommend to other families, if your loved one isn't very active.

Would recommend to other families

It is so clean, it is the best one that we saw and one of the main reasons we chose them was because of how clean it is. They are remodeling too! There are only about 20 people here so the staff to resident ratio is amazing. The main staff are very friendly. My cousin was not doing anything for herself, but now since moving here she is doing a lot more things by herself. The staff are attentive and answer any questions we have quickly.
