My overall experience at Homestead Village has been disappointing. While the residents themselves are very friendly and welcoming, there are significant concerns with the cleanliness, management, and overall value of the community. The facility is an independent living community, so quality of care and food services are not applicable. CriticalImprovements needed
Air-conditioning in hallway has not worked since May and no plans to fix it. Rent has been increased by $[removed]/month without explanation. Cleanliness is not on the list of things that happen and residents are not supposed to clean anything but their apartment. All residents have the same complaints. I like the location and friends I have made.
