I have been living at Homestead Village for 3 months, I have been very pleased. Staff have been great to work with and have taken care of anything I have ask about. I would very much so recommend the community to others who are searching for senior living.

I chose Homestead Village Beavercreek - Beavercreek OH, because it was available, it was reasonable, and I had a need to move rather quickly, and they were able to take care of that in my timeframe. The staff is great, although I think they are insufficient to take care of the number of residents they have. The quality of the building construction is not all that great. The neighbors were very kind and friendly with each other and have a group that checks on each other on each floor. It's a well check each to make sure everyone is doing OK. I find that very invaluable to my family as they are on the verge of needing assisted living right now, but still want to be an independent living. They also have a hair boutique downstairs where my mother can get her hair done, which is a huge plus so she doesn't have to drive to go get her hair done! They have a little village inside the bui…

Rating them a 1 (one) on all categories. Plan to move at end of lease. Grade = F. They have a "I don't care" attitude. They take care of complaints and requests that are demanding by posting an eviction notice to move out in 3 days or desist and cease to my door. Management is mean. Everything. Place is so dirty in common areas. Public bathrooms are disgusting to the point I no longer use it. I go to my apartment now. A big pass. Management graded an F.
