Management doesn’t live up to expectations

I visited this facility

My father will be moving to Homestead Village of Pensacola. I just liked the amenities and the staff, and it was a nice facility. They were very hands-on. Any questions that I thought I had, they had already answered them. When I toured the facility, everybody was very friendly. The facility was clean. It had a nice, pleasant smell. Breakfast lunch no problem here at daycare or home forget it

Breakfast with the company I had given to me for long-term relationship with lunch no problem. I haven't been here for a while but some people don't want me here by grounds come in my house pour bathroom on the floor with my car ride to dr. Drop off from the store close service to get snacks, microwave meal put cold water in mini fridge some have servants to have relationship whenever can

Highly recommend

Homestead was wonderful. Wish I would have chose it first. The workers were always busy and very caring. When [name removed] was bed ridden, one of the aides would go in his room and read to him from the book he wrote.

I visited this facility

I wasn't that impressed with Homestead Village of Pensacola. It was nice and everything, but it just wasn't what we needed. I visited them a couple years ago and it did not smell very nice. The staff was very nice. The room I looked at was very large. The upkeep was good on the outside, and it looked like they try to keep everything nice and pleasant in their appearance. They had social activities in a different room.

Caring staff

My husband was in memory care until the end. The staff gave quality care and demonstrated kindness at every turn. He was content and comfortable at Homestead. I highly recommend this assisted living environment.
