★★★★★
Criticalvery concerned with the short staff and the total lack of care provided. No food or liquid given for 24 hours (error in chart) no meds given and patient was not checked on, changed out of fecus for duration of my 6 hour visit. We couldn't get any help to change and clean up the person, and had ask several times of staff over a course of over an hour before we were given the supplies to clean up our loved one our self. One Nurse was very short tempered and rude to family while we were there more then once.
★★★★★
CriticalThis facility is a little better than the others in town, which isn't saying a lot. My family member couldn't get anyone to assist her to the bathroom, then they get upset when they have to clean her up! She was taken to the bathroom and left for long periods of time and fell. She had 2 falls there in a short time. Food is ok, nothing great. Rooms are small and bathrooms smell awful. They focus more on the appearance of their fake library than needs be.
★★★★★
CriticalJust do not need help going to the restroom because you will have to go on yourself before anyone will come help you.
★★★★★
PositiveHomewood Health Campus was nice, but we didn't go with them because the rooms were just basically a hospital room instead of an apartment. The bathrooms had no vanity or storage for them to put makeup on or something, and the bedroom is not separate from the living space. But they have very nice facilities, and the place looked very nice. They showed us all the different activities going on. They sent us home with food. The lady who took us on the tour was very helpful.
★★★★★
CriticalMy mother was a patient at this facility. So many issue that management was made aware of and nothing was done to address our concerns. They have employees that are very stressed due to the demands of the job and lack of training. Office staff that gives inaccurate information to family members , not sure if it is a lack of knowledge or training.
★★★★★
CriticalThe facility is very short staffed and patients are not given the care that is deserved. The nursing staff tries to take care of the patients, but the workload that the employees are placed under is not acceptable..
