Administration is competent and helpful. The facility is layed out with wings and has a common access point. Sits close to a highway but is still quiet and accessible. The facility was more affordable for my family because the additional care levels were in the monthly fee and not added on additional. There are two separate eating areas for the residents the main one is older and in need of upgrades.

I toured Hope Haven Assisted Living. As far as facility and everything is concerned, it's really nice. The staff member who accommodated me was really nice. The room that I looked at was more like a studio. They have an exercise room. They have all of that. They have activities there. It's a really nice set up, but it's for people who can get around. I went to Hope Haven Assisted Living and took the tour. The people were super friendly. They met me at the door, and they went and found who I needed to talk to. The lady came and she showed me two different sized rooms. She showed me the dining room and the laundry facilities. She answered any questions I had. We've been happy with the care that my mother has been getting from Hope Haven Assisted Living. So far he hasn't complained about the food. Like today they had fried chicken, black eyed peas, pork chop, they have a little bit of everything. They have bingo, dominoes, a lot of guests come in and do different activities and exercise clubs, or they take the residents to places. My aunt is still adjusting with her move into the community. The community is clean and well-kept. The staff is nice and helpful. There are activities offered for the residents. My only issue has been with the food: I feel there should be a healthier selection. I do feel they are taking very good care of my aunt so I would recommend this community.
