PositiveI personally liked Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. Steve gave me a tour and gave me all the insight that he could. He was very nice. The other person's name was Hennessey that deals with the insurance and everything. She spoke to me briefly on that day after I left. She said she was going to look into my husband's coverage, and she never called me back after. It is really, really nice. I really like the setup. When you walk in there, you don't smell senior citizens. They don't …

CriticalNot a very clean place there was a cockroach infestation. Don't let the pictures on social media fool you. Staff especially social workers, nurse supervisors and administrators don't care much for the residents. The resident has to wait to use the restroom. The negligence to transport to the hospital is real they will try to discharge a resident before sending them to get the emergency room. I don't recommend it.

PositiveI toured the Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. It was good and very respectful, nice, kind, and clean. The dining area was good. They keep the residents occupied with events every week and try to make it so that everyone is comfortable, which is very helpful. The staff member who gave the tour was very kind.

PositiveHopkins Center for Rehabilitation Healthcare Facility is very impressive They provide high caliber care. The rooms are clean, very sanitary, cozy and great view. The food is tasty and nutritious . Three meals a day breaktfast, lunch and dinner. On Wednesdays they set up the Dining Hall like a restaurant with linen table cloth silverware a menu describing the appetizer, entree and dessert. The entire staff are very attentive and make you feel that patient care is their utmost priority.

PositiveHopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare was clean, and the staff seemed friendly. They have a gym. The courtyard is very small, and it's mainly for smokers, so that's the only thing. They have days where they sing, and they have movie nights, too. However, they didn't have too much entertainment. Also, some of the couches were old. They were nice and elegant, but they were a little bit old. In terms of location, there's a restaurant and a hospital nearby.

PositiveI want to first start off by saying Thank You to Hopkins for doing what they do!! They exceeded all expectations!! From when you walk into the building everyone is amazing and super nice. The lobby is quite nice. The staff is wonderful. The recreation team always have programs and events going on keeping everyone busy and smiling. The rooms are tidy and neat - housekeeping does a fantastic job of keeping the building clean. If you ever have an issue with anything, the maintenance department has got you covered in a…
