Staff said she was waiting for her to finish before changing her. I changed her myself because staff didn't come back. Later said she had an emergency call. That happened twice. Staff complained about taking care of her even though I told them everything before she got there. Took mother to hospital, she had 3 conditions due to poor care,…

PositiveMy loved one is a resident at Humanity Caring Hearts. The staff is very kind and caring. The facility is clean. The food is healthy. Visitors feel welcome. They encourage my family member to become more independent. The only drawback is that there are no activities planned for the residents, which seems typical for these facilities. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
★★★★★
PositiveThe home and neighborhood are both very pleasant. The attention my father got while staying there was excellent. The staff do not wait to call or keep me informed about anything relating to his care. They regularly held a lot of group activities, like coming together for dinner or watching TV or movies. The community was definitely worth the price for the care they provide.
