I cheated a little and ranked a couple even higher because they are exceptional. The friendliness is a 6+ and the meals and dining is a 10! What I like the most about the community is the friendliness, food, activities, not having to cook and buy groceries. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

My move was very easy, excellent support from everyone at Ida Culver. They also assigned a resident (more like a big sister) to show me around and introduce me to people and activities for a week or so. it's a great place. The staff responds very quickly to request for help or repairs. Both residents and staff are very friendly. I'm just starting to take part in the activities and they have an excellent variety of things to dol. The food is wonderful. I'm just starting PT and am very impressed with my therapist. So…

My parents have been in the memory care (The Terrace) at Ida Culver for over 4 years. The loving and caring staff has been wonderful, the food is very good and my folks have especially enjoyed the various activities offered to the residents. They often have concerts, sing alongs with a piano player, games and regular chair exercises. The rooms are spacious and the outside grounds are beautifully maintained.

When my husband and I visited Ida Culver House Broadview, we knew it was THE place for us. Set on a beautiful, peaceful campus, our apartment is spacious and lovely. Weekly housekeeping and maintenance services free up our time for projects, socializing with our interesting and fun neighbors, travel, and participating in the many exercise, cultural and resident-run activities.
