I have lived at Northgate Plaza for many years, and I want to say our Housekeeper is amazing she has been employed at Northgate Plaza for many years she always has a smile and attention to detail, our Caregiver who has been with use for over 5years she is an amazing lady always greets us with a smile. We love that the staff has been at the community as long as we have.

PositiveNorthgate Plaza is a wonderful assisted living center. The common areas, hallways, and rooms are light and airy. The staff are warm and welcoming. The residents seem to be enjoying themselves. It's also situated perfectly for people who don't have cars: shopping, restaurants, and movie theaters are just blocks away. I appreciate being able to tour the place. [name removed] was a wonderful guide, answering all my questions and giving me plenty of background information.

The people here are fantastic & the place is kept up nicely. I wouldn’t say change anything. It’s run very smoothly. Of course, the parking can be the pits but very busy area. My evaluate: the parking is very difficult. I've parked over at the Target parking garage when visiting. I've eaten with [name removed] a couple of times and the food is adequate. My father's apt is accommodating and was clean and ready to go upon move in. They even helped set up the cable tv. My only complaints: more frequent showers (only 1x week) and shower asst and daily dress assistance. Staff and residents are very happy, kind, and helpful. I think staff is caring and professional activities and programming are good the place is great on decorations. Parking and safety are concerning due to area but overall my brother is content. Fountain is beautiful for residents and others to look at.
