Family-owned Friendly Facility with Intimate Family-feel

It's a family-owned small facility, and I feel like my mom gets good care there. Most of the staff is kind & caring, and there are just a couple who struggle to follow up on needs/requests. The activities' director is amazing and my mom loves her. She comes to her room each day to encourage her to participate and to promote the day's activities. They give my mom a monthly and daily print-out of everything going on. The food looks good to me, but sometimes my mom says it's not the best. The facility itself looks an…

We are happy with ICR, my mother likes it, she keeps busy. The Directors are very approachable to discuss anything, calls/emails r returned quickly. The place is spotless, residents' rooms are clean & the place is always decorated beautifully for the season.

ICR staff kind and caring!

[names removed] are the best. Recently moved my Mother-in-law here from Florida. The transition was flawless. Wonderfully warm staff they are so kind and caring it's comforting to both family and to her. The food is delicious as well! Sleeping much better now that mom is being taken care of by Inlet Coastal's staff.
