Staff seems kind and caring to my mother, facility is clean, my mom likes the food, but communication regarding her is pretty bad. Luckily she can still use the cell phone I gave her because there are zero regular updates from staff.

5 across the board but unfortunately I live out of state so I wish I could pop in more often but several out of state family members have been to see my mother and they all remark on the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. It's expensive and seems to be a little more expensive than other facilities, but I have great communication with the director there which is so important to me because I do live out of state and every time I've been there they have them engaged in some kind of activity so yes, I'm very ha…

The staff for the most part are wonderful and attentive. From [removed names] at the front desk to [removed name] the nurse and everybody in between the staff is friendly. There were a few bad apples there for a while but I no longer see them there. One thing I was concerned about in the beginning is that the caregivers did not speak English and I think that may have been a little bit of a confusion for my mom, but this past year they have hired more bilingual employees which I think makes a huge difference and I'…
